This article will guide you through updating pay rates and job descriptions using the LANDED Employer Portal or the LANDED Employer Mobile App or via your Applicant Tracking System integration.
If you are using the LANDED Employer Portal, please have your log-in email and password ready.
You can tag the interview statuses of candidates, whether they attended, missed or cancelled the interview.
After interviewing a candidate, you can update the candidate’s application status. You have the option to tag the candidate as hired - if you ended up giving a job offer, passed - if you don’t wish to move forward or move them to the interested folder if you are considering the candidate for future job opportunities.
To change these statuses, please follow the instructions below:
1. Log into your LANDED Employer Portal
2. Click “Interviews”
3. Find the candidate interview you’d like to update
4. Click the dropdown beside “Unknown” and choose the appropriate tagging
5. To tag the candidate as “Hired” or “Passed” after the interview. Click on the candidate’s name and click the dropdown on the top right of the page
If you are using the LANDED Employer Mobile App, be ready with your log in email and password and follow the steps below.

If you are not using the LANDED Employer Portal and are using LANDED’s integration with your Applicant Tracking System (ATS), please mark the candidate’s status directly in your Applicant Tracking System and this will also update the candidate status on LANDED. LANDED’s integration with your ATS maps your job application stages to those in LANDED automatically, syncing candidate statuses accordingly.
It is very important to tag candidate statuses, so we can appropriately action improvements to your hiring and report accurate data in the LANDED Employer Portal insights summary.
