This article is to guide you on how to change your interview availability using the LANDED Employer Portal.
For the LANDED Employer Portal, please make sure you have your email and password ready, and follow the steps below:
1. Log into the Employer portal by going to https://www.gotlanded.com/users/sign_in
2. Click on “Interviews” and click “Manage Interview Settings” at the upper right part of the screen
3. If your interview availability is the same for all roles in one location, you can click “Change Schedule” across the company name
4. Click the dropdown for interview availability
5. Click “Set Custom Schedule” scroll down and update interval in the “How long does the interview last?” field
6. Click the “Save & Close” button once done
If your account does not have access to the LANDED Employer Portal, you can send a request to change your interview intervals by emailing at support@gotlanded.com with or text LANDED Helper at +1 (415) 941-5501 with the role name and desired interview interval for it.
