This article will guide you through marking your schedule as unavailable using the LANDED Employer Portal.
For the LANDED Employer Portal, please make sure you have your email and password ready, and follow the steps below:
1. Log into the Employer portal by going to https://www.gotlanded.com/users/sign_in
2. On the left side pane, click on “Interviews” and click “Manage Interview Settings” at the upper right part of the screen
3. Choose the location and click "Change schedule" on the upper right side
4. Click the dropdown for Interview availability
5. Click “Set Custom Schedule” and click on “Add a Date Override”
6. Choose the date and check the " Unavailable Box".
This applies if there is no availability for the day ( The override feature only blocks the whole day and will not apply to specific times entered- Please message the support team for this request)
6. Click “Save” and “Close” once done
To cancel interviews already scheduled on unavailable dates, please follow the steps below:
1. Click the “Interviews” tab on the left side pane
1. Click the “Interviews” tab on the left side pane
2. On your work screen, scroll down to see the list of interviews
3. When you see the date and name of the candidate you want to cancel, click the drop down in the status column and choose “cancel”
Cancelling an interview will notify the LANDED Support Team, so we can communicate with the candidate and offer new scheduling time frames.
