This article contains frequently asked questions regarding billing:
- A billing cycle is always 30 rolling days, starting from the date that your account was fully activated. For example, if your account activated on July 12, then your next billing cycle would be on August 12.
- After you sign your LANDED Sales Order Agreement, your subscription will start the earlier of the following dates: 1) the date of your activation or 2) 60 days from the date of agreement signing.
- Subscription cancellation requests must be emailed to support@gotlanded.com at least 30 days before your agreement renewal date.
- Advertising budget reductions must be emailed to support@gotlanded.com or your dedicated Client Strategist at least 5 days before your next monthly billing cycle.
